Belleville Kiwanis Christmas Tree Lot

Belleville Kiwanis Club 2017 Christmas Tree Sale
Begins on November 24 at the Sky View Drive-In

The Bellville Kiwanis Club will bring Christmas cheer to the Sky View Drive-In for the annual CHRISTMAS TREE SALE to raise money for local children’s projects. The lot is open weekdays from 4:00pm – 7:00pm and weekends from 10:00 am – 7:00pm. This year we will be selling Frasier Firs, Balsams, and Scotch Pines with sizes from 6 ft to 12 ft and prices ranging from $55 to $175.

Our volunteers strive to help our customers find the right tree for their space and budget.  Many of our customers who come in with their children first started visiting the tree lot with their parents when they were children.

“We know kids need Kiwanis, in our community and around the world,” said Patti Thomas, President. “Funds raised from our Annual Christmas Tress Sale helps us to invest in our community’s children. We want to thank the Key Club from Belleville West High School for helping us prepare for a wonderful Christmas season.”

This fundraiser provides resources for club projects such as our shoe project for school kids.  Working with school nurses & social workers, the club tries to ensure that children in need have shoes to wear to school.  We also serve as a charter organization for a Cub Scout pack, sponsor leadership programs for high school students, and fund a scholarship for students at SWIC. “In an era of municipal and school budget cuts, our club can step in and provide the necessary elements for children to thrive, prosper and grow,” said member Tom Tebbenhoff. “We know the Christmas spirit can help so many children.”
